Okay guys, here’s the real secret to driving her insane: it’s all about how well lubricated she is. And the reality is, whether you’re with a partner or alone, proper lubrication is key for both of you.
Lubrication also helps to make sex safer by decreasing some of the rougher friction, thus reducing the chance of tissue tearing or condom breakage.
The key is to choose the right lube for the job. With so many on the market, which one is best? And which one is right for you?
Start by assessing your situation…
Are you using condoms? Are you using toys? Do you or your partner have any allergies? This is where reading the labels and applying some basic knowledge will help you choose the right one for you.
Let’s have a closer look at the different kinds of lubes.
Water-based lubricants are some of the more common lubricants and are easily found in drugstores. They are latex-safe and work with other condom materials as well.
Water-based lubricants are easy to clean up, often with a tissue or cloth — no soap and water required.
Due to evaporation and absorption of the water, these sometimes start to get sticky or less wet over time.
An easy solution is to have a small bowl or cup of warm water nearby. Adding water to the lube will help reconstitute it into a nice, wet product again. Water-based lubricants are safe with silicone toys and are great for partnered or solo play.
For a condom-safe, slippery, and longer-lasting lubricant, consider silicone-based products.
Silicone does not evaporate or get absorbed into the skin the way water-based lubricants can, so they generally last longer than water-based lubes.
They are a little more difficult to clean up in comparison, but a little soap and water will easily do the job.
Silicone-based lubes have the benefit of working even in water as long as you apply them to dry skin before entering the water.
Avoid silicone-based lubricants if you are using silicone toys. The lubricant may damage the toy. Read the label because some silicone-based lubricants may say “water-soluble”; this is not the same as water-based.
If you are using condoms, avoid oil-based lubricants. This includes massage oil, baby oil, and cooking oils.
Oil breaks down latex and many other products that condoms are made of, as well as toys made of latex or similar products. The benefit of oil is that it is very slippery and long-lasting, although silicone lubricants offer some of these advantages as well and are condom-safe.
Be aware that your woman’s vagina may be irritated by oil-based lubricants. They’re also more difficult to clean up than water-based and often need soap and water.
With so many restrictions related to oil-based lubes, the best uses are for anal play with a non-latex toy, or male masturbation.
Some people experiment with flavored lubricants, especially for oral sex. Many of these lubes contain sugar, which gets sticky and can also contribute to irritation and even infection in women. They are best used externally.
Choosing the best lubrication for your situation is a great way to improve your sexual experience. It can also be fun trying out new things.
Many adult stores and online suppliers offer a variety of trial sizes so you can experiment before buying the larger size. Find one or more favorites and have them nearby for a smooth ride.

The truth is, you don’t need to worry that much about how “smooth” your moves are. If you do, you’ll likely fall prey to using cheesy lines and coming off as fake.
To really understand how to make women perceive you as smooth — not fake — you have to understand that there are actually two parts to attraction: creating initial attraction, and sustaining it.
If you want to have long-term relationships with women, you obviously have to master both. Below are two ways to help you do it.
Smooth Move #1: Do the Unexpected
One of the most powerful techniques to sustaining attraction is to continually do the unexpected. It doesn’t have to be earth-shattering; just unexpected.
This is important for two reasons. First off, it shows the woman in your life that you do think about her, value her, AND you actively work on creating the environment for her to be happy.
That’s very attractive.
But the second reason is less obvious. When you do the unexpected, it prevents boredom and monotony from setting in. Getting into a rut is one of the reasons why relationships go bad. Boredom is a deadly attraction killer.
Doing the unexpected on a consistent basis is a defense against boredom. And it’s not that difficult to do.
It could be saying something different to her. Bringing her a small, unexpected gift. Going somewhere unexpected. The truth is, what you do doesn’t really matter — but the results do.
Smooth Move #2: Warm Up Before You Pick Up
A well-known martial arts instructor said something interesting to me once: “Emotion stands for energy in motion.”
What he meant was that if your energy is low or bad, your emotion will be too… and everyone will pick up on it.
If you’re feeling sick, down or tired it’s just about impossible to attract women. They pick up on your negative energy and it short circuits any attraction.
However, there are things you can do about this. Whenever you leave the house, it is important to get yourself in the mood to attract women.
Mentally rehearse what you will say and do when you see an attractive woman. Replay the successes you’ve had in the past. Practice your “naughty boy smile” in front of the mirror, making sure your eyes back it up (a real smile shows through the eyes; a phony one is betrayed by them).
It takes only a couple of minutes. But when you do this, you “warm yourself up” for creating attraction with women. Your mind is oriented in that direction, and you don’t have to start a conversation with a “cold mind.”
This “warm up routine” is one of those seemingly small things that makes the difference between men who are average with women and those who succeed wildly.

Pull it straight out nine times, then to the left nine times, then to the right nine times and then down nine times. You’ll finish off with a milking exercise followed by a rotational
- Kegels: Kegels are one of the most important exercises for developing a really “fit” penis. They may increase your staying time, improve the quality of your erections, and help increase ejaculation power (meaning you can “shoot” farther).
To perform a kegel, simply tighten your PC muscle as if you were trying to control the flow of urine. You can perform this exercise with a flaccid penis but you’ll get better results performing it with an erection. You’ll also know you’re doing it right if you can raise and lower your erections with the PC contractions.
Try to hold each kegel for five seconds and do 50 reps in a day.
There’s nothing “smoother” than a man with confidence, and there’s nothing that makes you more confident than a penis you feel proud of.
