It’s a simple and inescapable fact of life that after a certain point, we begin to age. Aging is a process that involves not just growing older, but becoming less healthy overall.

But must we simply sit back and let the ravages of time wreak havoc on our bodies? Or are there steps we can take to maintain our health and fight the perils of aging?

Let’s consider how the aging process works…

Striking a Balance

As your body ages, damage to cells and tissues occurs faster than repair and regeneration. That’s what it technically means to “age.”

When you’re young, growth and regeneration of your cells and tissues happens at a much faster rate than breakdown.

By about age 30 they are in a state of balance, but after that, damage starts to exceed repair… and it’s all downhill from there!

Virtually all chronic diseases — including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and changes in brain function — are simply the result of aging. And that means that by simply controlling the rate at which you age, you can prevent (or at least minimize) the hazards of those chronic diseases.

The really good news here is that you DO have a great deal of control over the rate at which you age.

You ARE In Control of Your Own Aging Process

As we discussed, aging is really just the breakdown of your cells happening at a faster rate than the regeneration of your cells.

Both the breakdown as well as the regeneration of cells can be affected by a number of lifestyle factors. Only about 35% of aging is genetic; the other 65% is under your control.

Let me say that again: A full 65% of the aging process is under your control.

Your body creates about 300 billion new cells every single day. By preventing damage to these cells, and by providing the environment needed to optimize the health of new cells, you can slow down and even partially reverse the aging process.

A Radical Transformation

One of the most important factors in aging is the production of what’s known as “free radicals.”

Free radicals are basically molecules that have lost an electron, mostly through the normal metabolic processes of the body. The molecule is then imbalanced, so it grabs an electron from another molecule to restore its own balance. But then that molecule is imbalanced, and so it grabs an electron from yet another molecule… and so starts the chain reaction.

The chain reaction can cause inflammation and extensive tissue damage… and that causes your body to age.

However, the production of free radicals can be prevented by providing your body with antioxidants. Antioxidants are compounds that can provide the extra electrons your body needs to STOP the chain reaction… and stop the aging process in its tracks.

The Power of Antioxidants

You’ve probably heard about antioxidants before, but you may not have understood just how powerful they can be in terms of restoring and maintaining your health, and putting a halt to your aging process.

There are many different vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds that contain antioxidants. Here’s a list of some of the most common (and easy to find) sources of antioxidants:

  • Vitamin A and Carotenoids: These can be found in bright, colorful fruits and vegetables like carrots, squash, broccoli, peaches, and apricots.
  • Vitamin C: Sources include citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, strawberries, green peppers, and tomatoes.
  • Vitamin E: Can be found in nuts and seeds, whole grains, vegetable oil, and liver oil.
  • Selenium: Sources include fish and shellfish, red meat, grains, eggs, and garlic.

Other common antioxidants are “phytochemicals” that can be found in foods such as:

  • Cranberries
  • Purple grapes
  • Pomegranate
  • Red wine
  • Pink grapefruit
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Flax seed
  • Oatmeal
  • Barley and rye 

This list is just a brief overview of some of the best places you can find antioxidants to make quick and easy changes to your diet… and not only look and feel better, but improve your overall health as well.

The 7 Steps to Attracting Desirable Women

I’m serious. The fact is that everyone can learn how to attract the kind of women you want to meet. Attraction is simply a process — it’s not luck, it’s not magic, it’s not even a talent.

Attraction is a learnable skill, and as such it can be broken down into easily manageable steps. So, today I’m going to do just that for you.

What follows here are the seven simple steps for attracting desirable women.

These tactics are proven to work, by me and by those I’ve coached, and absolutely anyone can use them.

If you commit them to memory — and ACT on them — you can easily skip the blundering mishaps brought on by nerves and bad decision-making. And you can finally stop chasing women, and start attracting them.

Step 1: Know Thyself

Know what you want — and what you don’t want — in a woman before you take any steps to attract one. Are you looking for a serious relationship, or just a few fun dates? What attributes are most important to you?

Write out a list so you’re really clear about what you’re actually looking for. This will save you a great deal of grief in the future.

Step 2: Make the Cut

It’s important to disqualify women quickly. The instant she doesn’t match up to what you wrote down in Step 1, move on. There’s no sense in wasting even one precious second on a woman ill-suited for you. Spend your time attracting the right woman for you.

Step 3: Practice the Art of the “Naughty Boy Smile”

Master the art of the “naughty boy smile.” This is the smile where you look a woman in the eye, and convey to her that the interaction IS about attraction — and then you take it from there.

Don’t be afraid to practice in front of the mirror… and make sure you practice it often, at the grocery store, the gym, the dentist’s office. You’ll be surprised at how effective this “secret weapon” can be!

Step 4: Display Your “Personal Authority”

Personal authority is key. Women are not attracted to guys who appear full of doubt, desperation, and timidity. Men with authority are not desperate — they are bold and sure of themselves.

Approach the women you’re interested in with confidence. Don’t be afraid to be forward. It is up to you to lead the interaction with the woman you wish to attract, with confidence and personal authority.

Step 5: Keep the Flame Alive

Attraction is either growing or it’s dying. That means at every step along the way, you need to take as much action as possible to continue increasing the attraction in a fun, playful way. Women do not like tentative men — act boldly, and she will respond in kind.

Step 6: Initiate Touch

Initiate touch by squeezing her wrist, shoulder, or some other non-invasive part of her body. When she responds positively, increase the level of touch. This is where it goes from potential attraction to real attraction.

Step 7: Close the Deal

When it’s time to close the deal, close the deal. If it’s the right time and you don’t act on it, you won’t get another chance with her. Ever.

Women don’t want men who waste their time — they want men who act like men. She wants you to close the deal. Don’t let her down.

These seven steps aren’t difficult to implement. Commit them to memory and act on them, and soon enough you’ll have more great women in your life than you know what to do with — and then, if you prefer, you can choose that special one.
