Good News for the “Minute Man”: How You Can Overcome Premature Ejaculation
… By AJ Alfaro

Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual complaint men have. It’s typically defined as climaxing in less than two minutes after penetration.

While premature ejaculation (or “PE”) is seen more often in younger men, it’s not that uncommon among older men as well.

If it’s happened to you, you know it can be difficult — especially if it’s an ongoing problem for you…

But if you are suffering from PE, you will be happy to hear that I have good news for you!

First, please understand that there’s very likely nothing wrong with you physically.

Second, you might be relieved to learn that there ARE effective measures you can take to prevent it from happening again.

What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Causes of premature ejaculation can range from inexperience and anxiety to conditioning caused by masturbation. It can also be caused by psychological issues.

But let’s have a closer look at the two main causes of PE: control and conditioning.

PE Causes: Control

If you’re new to sex or have just begun having sex again after a long hiatus, or perhaps you don’t engage in sex regularly, you may find yourself having issues with control.

Control issues will be much easier to deal with if you have an understanding partner. If you find yourself ejaculating prematurely, you can let your partner know that you were so excited by her that you just couldn’t help yourself.

It’s a compliment — and it’s the truth, too.

So give her this compliment, and remain playful about it. Do not take episodes of premature ejaculation seriously.

If you do, your partner will too.

PE Causes: Conditioning

Another common cause of premature ejaculation is induced by hurried masturbation. If you condition yourself to ejaculate quickly, you’ll have to expect that the same thing is going to happen during sexual encounters.

The obvious solution to this would be to slow down the pace of your masturbating. Masturbating with a tighter grip will also decrease your sensory threshold.

There are a variety of other methods that you can use to ensure that you are no longer the “minute man” your wife or girlfriend may know you to be! Let’s have a look at some quick fixes that can help you, as well as some longer-term solutions.

Quick Fixes to Help Make you… Not So Quick!

The following four “quick fixes” are simple but highly effective solutions to help you increase the duration of your sexual encounters.

Quick Fix #1: Wear a Condom

Wearing a condom will help you last longer by reducing the sensation to your penis. The stiffer the condom, the more your sensation will be reduced. This can cause problems, however, when you switch to having sexual activities without condoms.

Quick Fix #2: The “Pinch Technique”

Here’s how the pinch technique works… During sex, pull out before you hit the “Point of No Return” and give the head of your penis a firm (but not painful) pinch. This will set the point-of-no-return clock back a bit.

In my opinion, this is much better than the commonly advised “think about something unsexy” method to prevent ejaculating too quickly.

After all, sex is supposed to be pleasurable for us guys, too!

Quick Fix #3: Gear Up for Round Two!

If you’re anticipating a sexual encounter, ejaculating prior to it will allow you to last longer when you’re ready to go again.

You could handle round one on your own, or simply do it with your partner… since going in for round two is sure to impress her!

An all-natural supplement like VigRx Plus can help you ensure that you’re rock hard for subsequent sessions.

Quick Fix #4: Get Comfortably Numb

There are topical numbing agents — creams, gels, and lotions — on the market that you can apply to your penis in order to anesthetize it. You can also get condoms that come pre-loaded with these agents.

I don’t generally recommend these numbing creams, however, as they can numb your partner as well — despite what the packaging states.

A Longer-Term Approach to Lasting Longer

The above approaches will help you get through your date this week… but they won’t help you build up long-term lasting power.

If you’re interested in preventing premature ejaculation and developing maximal stamina and control, I would suggest practicing the “Stop and Start” technique. It’s the perfect exercise for developing sexual stamina, erectile control, and it may even help you become multi-orgasmic!

The “Stop and Start” exercise can be performed with a partner, but you’ll get your best results when it’s performed alone.

If you are practicing with a partner, be aware that you must remain in full control while doing this exercise. If your partner begins to move or tighten herself up in any way, it will interfere with your concentration.

The “Stop and Start” Technique

Step 1: Start by masturbating or having sex. Proceed up until the point right before you ejaculate, THEN STOP!

Step 2: Rest a bit until you feel you are starting to lose your erection, then proceed until you reach the point right before ejaculation again — then stop again. Repeat this cycle a third time.

Step 3: AFTER the third time, you may ejaculate if you wish.

What you are doing with this exercise is building up endurance. As time goes by, your first sensation of ejaculation should take longer to achieve.

It’s important to try to practice this exercise every day if you are having problems with premature ejaculation.

Final Words of PE Wisdom

I want to leave off today with a warning: There are some forms of medications and drugs that can delay ejaculation as a side effect. Under no circumstances should you take any medications that are meant for a different purpose in the hope of delaying your orgasms!

If you’re suffering from premature ejaculation, I sincerely hope that the techniques we’ve discussed today will help you. If these techniques don’t help you, it could be indicative of a deeper issue which would require professional treatment.

Good luck, and happy practicing!

The Secret to Success with Online Dating

If you’ve ever experimented with online dating, congratulations on taking action! This can be a great way to meet women.

However, if you’re like most men, I’m willing to bet that you’ve experienced at least one of these problems:

  1. You get a message from an attractive woman on a dating site, then you never hear back from her again…
  2. You email someone who seems absolutely PERFECT for you, but she just plain ignoresyou

The fact is, there are a number of rules and absolute “no-nos” when it comes to online dating.

And since your only form of communication in the beginning is via email, you’ve got to get this part of it right before you can move on to the next stage: the phone call, and your first in-person encounter.

The Five “Secret Strategies” for Making a Date Online

Below are the five keys to help you make that initial connection with a woman through an online dating website.

Of course, before you even get to this point, you need to start off with a strong profile with a fair representation of yourself, and you need to position yourself in a way that will attract the type of woman you’re looking for.

But what we’re focusing on here is the email correspondence that comes next, because this is your ticket to meeting the women you want.

#1: Beware of Phony Profiles

The first thing to be aware of is whether the women who are contacting you are actually real.

While not all dating sites do it, it is a prevalent practice to put up phony profiles of attractive women, then email guys to get them to stay longer as paying members on the website.

How can you tell if a profile is phony?

You can’t always, but many times it comes down to local knowledge (hotspots, sayings, etc.) that only a real person would know.

If you get a generic “hi” or “nice picture” email from a woman, but you never hear from her again even after following up a couple of times, it could well have been a fake.

#2: Ask Engaging Questions

One of the best secrets I ever discovered for engaging a woman was saying, “Hey, thanks for contacting me. I’m curious — what was it you enjoyed about my profile that made you want to respond?”

This is a great way to elicit further response from a woman.

#3: Know When to Move On

If you’ve contacted a woman or she’s contacted you, there’s a point at which it just might not go any further.

You may follow up a few times, but if you don’t get an answer, move on. Understand that women don’t answer men for many reasons, and often times it has nothing to do with you.

The truth is, most deals just don’t close.

#4: Don’t Wait for Her to Contact You

While I always prefer a woman to see my profile and contact me first, the reality is that if you see a woman who interests you, then you should contact her first.

Talk about specific items in her profile and tell her why you’re interested.

#5: Be Persistent When It’s Warranted

When an attractive woman puts up a profile with pictures, she often gets over 200 emails at once. You may have to follow up several times to get her attention and to stand out from all the other guys.

Don’t forget: not all deals will close. In fact, most won’t. But if you’re consistent and do what you can to stand out from other guys, you can be wildly successful.

The Delicious Hot Drink That Can Make You Look Younger… And Prevent Cancer!
… by Dr. Z, ND

Unless you’ve been living under a rock somewhere, you’ve probably heard that green tea is good for you.

And it’s true: Long before the modern-day use of green tea supplements and specialized beverages, green tea was used for thousands of years for its invigorating and health-promoting effects.

You might think it’s just the caffeine, but more and more research is uncovering many other beneficial compounds in “camellia sinensis,” the tea plant.

Why Is Green Tea So Darn Healthy?

Ever heard of a “polyphenol”? Doesn’t matter.

What matters is that these biologically active compounds have very positive health benefits.

And green tea contains between 30 and 40 percent water-extractable polyphenols.

Black tea, by the way, is basically just green tea that has been oxidized by fermentation. It contains between just 3 and 10 percent of these same polyphenols. Oolong tea is semi-fermented tea and is somewhere between green and black tea.

The four primary polyphenols found in fresh tea leaves are:

  • EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate)
  • EGC (epigallocatechin)
  • ECG (epicatechin gallate)
  • EC (epicatechin)

Wait! Before you skim over this terminology, remember this:

When you’re shopping for a supplement containing green tea extract, a good supplement will state the percentage of these ingredients on their labels. EGCG is thought to be the most bioactive compound in green tea.

Okay, But What Does Green Tea Actually DO For You?!?

Green tea has a vast array of health benefits. For example, green tea has been found beneficial for…

  • Anti-aging: Green tea is a powerful antioxidant, which means that it battles harmful free radicals, promoting heart health, skin health, and anti-aging benefits.
  • Weight management: Green tea is commonly employed in weight management products for its ability to raise your metabolism.
  • Arthritis and immune system treatments: In Traditional Chinese Medicine, green tea is known for its benefits in the treatment of arthritis and for strengthening the immune system.

One of the most exciting research findings, however, has been the discovery of anti-cancer properties in green tea…

Green Tea Can Reduce Your Risk of Some Cancers By Upto 50%!

The active ingredients in green tea have been shown able to prevent cell damage that can lead to cancerous changes, and also inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

A variety of studies have shown green tea to be beneficial for the prevention of different types of cancers. For example:

Green Tea May Reduce Your Risk of Blood Based Cancers:

Drinking five or more cups of green tea per day may reduce the risk of blood-based and lymph-based cancers by about 50 percent.

This is according to a recently published study from Japan that followed a whopping 41,761 adults participating in the Ohsaki National Health Insurance Cohort Study for nine years.

Compared to people who drank only one cup of green tea a day, drinking five cups a day was associated with…

  • A 42 percent reduction in blood malignancies, and
  • 48 percent risk reduction in lymph node cancers, as published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

Green Tea May Reduce Your Risk of Stomach and Esophageal Cancer:

A study from China involving over 18,000 men found that tea drinkers were about half as likely to develop stomach or esophageal cancer (strongly related to smoking as well as alcohol consumption) as men who drank little tea, even after adjusting for smoking and other health and diet factors.

So if you like to party, perhaps you should have some green tea for breakfast the morning after. You could be doing yourself a world of good!

See You Next Time!

Well, I hope by now you’re boiling some water for your next pot of green tea! Not to mention gearing up for all those online dating techniques and, uh, “lasting” exercises you just learned!
