One thing I talk a lot about is how important it is for a woman to perceive you as “different.” If you’re just another a guy (a JAG) she’ll treat you as such. But if she thinks you’re different, she’ll treat you differently.
After all, she can meet a JAG anywhere… but finding a man who’s different is very rare.
One of the best ways to be different is to be a good story teller.
A Different Guy Tells a Different Story…
A woman loves a man who can tell a good story. Good storytelling activates her mind and her imagination (whereas most guys shut those off).
Even better is when you can take an ordinary, mundane event like, say, going to lunch, and turn it into a hilarious story. Few men can do that, but that’s because so few men are willing to learn.
Like anything else, story-telling is a learnable skill, and there are plenty of places to learn it. Even just by turning on the comedy channel and watching some of the lasting comedians like Ron White, Chris Rock, or Dave Chappelle, you’ll see plenty of great story telling.
When you tell a story, the magic is in the details.
Women love details. It allows them to use their imaginations, to see the story, and most importantly feel the emotions. Women make decisions about men based on their internal feelings, and telling stories is a great way to make her feel the way she wants to.
Everyone is fascinated by a great storyteller, especially women. Make it your business to become one, and you too will have women begging you to tell them a story… then make them a part of great story starring YOU.
Another excellent way to ensure that you stand out from all those “JAGs” out there is a simple trick that far too many men don’t capitalize on: Don’t be a bore.
Yeah You Bore Me All Night Long
The ultimate sin in the dating world is being boring.
The one thing women can’t stand more than anything else is a boring guy. Women have active minds, and they want those minds engaged by a guy who is both fun and interesting.
One of the many reasons married women leave their husbands is because the guy is just plain boring — in every area of life. She realizes the rest of her life will be boring, so she trades in boring for anything else… because to a woman, being boring is the worst offence.
As men, we’re kind of okay with boring.
We can watch football all day, go to the same places, eat the same food, hang out with the same people and we’re pretty much satisfied. Sure, we like some excitement on occasion, but to us boring is just fine.
But you have to understand this: women do NOT think like men do, nor do they make decisions like men do.
What you have to do is make yourself interesting.
You don’t have to be a world traveler, or a captain of industry, or a rock star — all you have to do is keep her mind engaged. Oftentimes that just comes down to having new and witty comments and stories that keep her laughing.
Oftentimes all it takes is going to a few new places, and experiencing a few new things. That’s it — it’s not really that complicated. And you’ll also discover that “interesting” is a lot more enjoyable than being boring.
Even better, the more interesting you are, the more other people are attracted to you — people who can bring you the kinds of opportunities that are unavailable to boring men.
So make yourself exciting. The woman in your life will like it, others will like it, and you will like it.

You’re tired. You don’t feel like getting off the couch. You just don’t want to go out dancing — or even out to dinner. You don’t have the energy.

You’re boring. Probably a little depressed. Quite likely out of shape. I bet you’re not even interested in sex. Too much work, right?
News flash: Nobody wants to date that!
Okay dudes, you badly need a dose of serious energy. It’s easy to get — and it’s even free. Just do a little exercise.
Too tired to exercise? Wake up! It’s lack of exercise that’s making you tired!
Energize Your Body at the Cellular Level
Sure, strenuous exercise can make you tired — in a good way. Muscle fatigue leads to a restful tiredness that slows you down and gives your body a chance to heal before your next workout.
But all exercise — even light exercise — actually creates energy in your body.
Our energy is produced naturally by means of tiny organs in our cells called mitochondria. They’re like little power plants that produce energy.
And the number of mitochondria you have (which equals your ability to produce energy) is directly in line with your daily activity.
Cardiovascular exercise is particularly important for mitochondria production; doing a regular cardio routine creates more available energy for your body.
Energize Your Morning
An excellent way to boost your energy levels is to do something active first thing in the morning.
This will wake up your muscles, get your circulation moving, and boost your metabolism. Those of us who go to an office and sit in a desk all day will particularly benefit from a morning “quick-start” routine to shock the system a bit.
One of the best things to do in the morning to wake up your mind and body is to go for a run around your neighborhood in the fresh morning air. This is a great way to boost your energy levels throughout the day!
If you are allergic to running or just don’t have the time, you can do the following simple exercises to start your day:
- Push ups: As many as you can handle; then rest 30 seconds. Repeat for three sets.
- Scissor kicks: Lay on the floor with your lower back flat against the ground. Raise both feet six inches above the ground. Do scissor kicks for one minute; then rest 30 seconds. Repeat for three sets.
- Jump squats: Squat as low as you can, then raise your arms over your head, and jump as high as you can, straightening your body as you jump to reach the ceiling. Do jump squats for one minute; then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for three sets.
These will get your blood pumping!
Note that these exercises and/or your morning run don’t actually replace your regular workouts. Instead, consider these an energy booster that will get you revved up for work, sports, a night out on the town… whatever!
Exercise for Energy Over Strength
Strength training is one thing, but working out for the sake of increased energy requires a slightly different approach.
For one thing, you are usually not working to full capacity, as with strength training.
You want to exercise in your low to moderate training heart rate range. Keeping your effort levels low key keeps you from feeling fatigued and depleting your body, and gives you renewed energy.
Going for a walk or doing yoga or pilates are appropriate energy-boosting exercises. However, if you’re a little more fit, you may need to do a little more.
Energy-boosting exercise routines are NOT the key to huge muscles or a six-pack, but they are the key to giving you the energy to accomplish your fitness goals and to lead a healthier, energized, and more fun lifestyle.

Well, gentlemen, here’s something to make you stand at attention!
It’s called Horny Goat Weed, and it’s used around the world as a potent enhancer of erectile function.

Okay, it’s a little more complicated than this…
Nitric oxide actives the enzyme cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which causes the relaxation of the blood vessels. So, NO and cGMP are good. Now, wherever there are good guys, there will also be bad ones, and the bad guy here is phosphodiesterase type 5, also known as PDE5.
Drugs like Viagra and Cialis are known as PDE5 inhibitors. So in other words, they prevent the PDE5 from breaking down the cGMP.
The end result is an erection that lasts, and lasts, and lasts… sometimes a little too long.
Luckily, Horny Goat Weed’s icariin has similar effects on cGMP without the more unpleasant side effects of Viagra and related drugs, which include headaches, dizziness, flushing, nasal congestion, and worst of all, potentially sudden hearing loss!
Is Horny Goat Weed Really Effective?
In 2005, a study at the Andrology Centre of Peking University examined the effects of icariin on castrated rats.
(Think about it: If you’re running tests to evaluate sexual performance, and you don’t want performance anxiety or psychological problems to interfere, what better subject than a castrated rat?!)
The study confirmed that the rats who received icariin showed a significant increase in erectile function and nitric oxide (NO) levels. Don’t ask me how they checked!
Horny Goat Weed has been used for centuries to treat impotence and erectile dysfunction of all kinds.
