Lots of our readers have been asking for specific exercises that can help enlarge the length and width of your penis.

A while ago we published a Basic PE Routine for beginners. Once you’ve mastered the basic routine, you are ready to move on to the advanced exercises.

To start: Do your warm-ups

As with all penis enlargement routines, you should do your warm-ups prior to your workouts, and your warm-downs to finish off your training session.

(Refer to the basic routine for warm-up and warm-down methods.)

Exercise #1: The Squeeze

The squeeze is a very effective exercise for enhancing the girth of your penis. Your penis should be about 50 to 75 percent erect for this exercise.

  1. Place one hand at the base of your penis and the other hand just behind the head of your penis. Make the “OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger of each hand. Then SQUEEZE!Your penis should look very swollen and veiny when you perform this exercise. You can make this exercise even more intense by trying to bring your hands together while you squeeze.
  2. Hold this position for five seconds.
  3. Release, and start over.

Your Goal: Start with five and work up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so. This is a hard exercise!

Exercise #2: The Side-to-Side Stretch

The side-to-side stretch is a very simple exercise that enhances the length of your penis. It’s the perfect exercise to perform after “The Squeeze.” 

Your penis should be flaccid for this exercise.

  1. In a standing position, grab your penis, with your thumbs pointing up.
  2. Pull it straight down, pointing it towards the floor.
  3. With tension still on your penis, proceed to pull your penis to the left and then to the right. This counts as 1 rep.

Your Goal: I recommend starting with at least 100 reps — they’re quick to do. You can eventually do up to 1,000 (very advanced), resting a bit after every 100 reps.

Exercise #3: Stamina Exercises

The following three exercises are designed to give you the stamina of a heavy-weight fighter… but in bed instead of in the ring!

You can do all three of these stamina exercises in the same workout, or mix them up.

  1. Kegels and Super KegelsKegels can increase your staying time, improve the quality of your erections, increase ejaculation power (meaning farther spurts), and in some cases, help to restore proper functioning to the impotent.To perform a kegel, simply tighten your PC muscle as if you were trying to control the flow of urine.You should try for up to 50 five-second holds throughout the day, but remember to start off slowly!This is NOT an area that you want sore from fatigue!A variation of this exercise is the super-kegel — the same movement except with endurance instead of repetition quantity.Try to work up to five 100-second holds throughout the day.
  2. Towel RaisesThis is an awesome exercise for developing penile strength and rock hard erections!With an erection, place a towel over the end of your penis. Try to lift your towel-covered penis by squeezing the PC muscle (as in kegels.) Start with 20 reps and work up to 100 reps five times a week.As time goes by, you can add weight by using larger towels, or even by wetting the towel.A more advanced variation on the Towel Raise is to hold the towel-covered penis in the “up” position for 10 to 20 seconds at a time. Work up to 5 to 10 of these sustained reps.
  3. The Stop and StartThe Stop and Start exercise can be performed with a partner, but it’s best performed alone.Start by masturbating or having sex. Proceed up until the point right before you ejaculate, THEN STOP!Rest a bit until you feel you are starting to lose your erection, then proceed to start and stop two more times.AFTER the third time, you may ejaculate if you wish.As time goes by, your first sensation of ejaculation should take longer to achieve. It’s important to try to practice this exercise every day if you are having problems with premature ejaculation.

Once you’ve reached your stamina goals, you can maintain them by doing your stamina work at least twice a week. You should continue to do your stamina exercises for as long as you wish to maintain your penis and its supporting organs in optimal shape.

Your routine

Following this outline, your workout format will look like this:

Warm up > Squeeze > Side to Side > Stamina work > Warm down

This routine is best performed by doing it three days a week, with one day of rest between each exercise day. Your penis will need the rest day for recovery and growth.

The entire routine takes about 35 minutes to perform.

If you’re really short on time, you can do exercise #1 (the squeeze) one day and exercise #2 (the side-to-side stretch) the next.

I would recommend following this routine for at least 4 weeks to see maximum results.

If you experience any pain or erectile issues doing this routine, you should stop immediately.

Below are a few useful tips and tricks to prevent and treat hangovers and upset digestive systems from excess consumption.

Here’s the real secret to preventing hangovers (are you ready for it?): don’t drink too much!


Okay, well, that’s a given. But there are a couple of things you can do on a night of heavy drinking to help ease the pain the following morning:

  • Alternate alcoholic drinks with large glasses of water. This will help to prevent some of the dehydration caused by the alcohol.
  • Eat food while drinking.This will reduce the rate of absorption of the alcohol and prevent excessive irritation of the digestive tract.

Now then, what if you already have a hangover — or just know you’re gonna have one Sunday morning?

Your best bet is to have a few special homeopathic remedies at hand…


Nux-vomica (easy to remember this one: vomica as in vomiting) is a great remedy to use for the after-effects of overindulgence.

Headaches, nausea, vomiting, and general grumpiness after drinking too much may be relieved by several doses of nux-vomica 30 CH.

The remedy is made from the seeds of the Southeast Asian strychnine tree, “Strychnos nux vomica,” a major source of the poisonous alkaloids strychnine and brucine.

It just so happens that strychnine poisoning is not quite unlike alcohol poisoning and in large amounts both can lead to extreme vomiting, convulsions, confusion, coma, and death.

But when prepared as a homeopathic remedy, the strychnine-containing nux-vomica can help the body recover faster from the poisonous effects of alcohol.


Belladonna, also known as Deadly Nightshade, was named after the Latin words “bella donna” (beautiful woman) because it was used by the ancient Roman beauties in the form of eye drops to enlarge the pupils, making the eyes more attractive.

Now, deadly nightshade poisoning is almost as nasty as strychnine poisoning.

But when used as a homeopathic remedy prepared in the 30 CH potency, none of the original substance is left in the preparation.

The remedy can be wonderful for severe headaches, especially if the person is also very sensitive to noise and being jarred.


Last, but not least, ipecacuanha, also known as ipecac, can be an excellent remedy for nausea and vomiting.

Its name comes from the Tupi i-pe-kaa-guéne, translated as “road-side sick-making plant.” It is native to Brazil.

In conventional medicine, syrup of ipecac is used to induce vomiting in cases of accidental poisoning. In homeopathy, it is used if the person is nauseated and vomiting for any number of reasons.

For example, I have used it with wonderful effects for the relief of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients.

Someone who might need ipecac have also have severe headaches in addition to the nausea and vomiting. The nausea may be unrelieved by vomiting.

The usual dose is two pellets of a 30CH preparation of the remedy as needed. In general, if the correct remedy is taken, an improvement in symptoms should be felt within 30 minutes.

Best to have some of each of these homeopathic remedies on hand before your next party!

Here’s a story about a patient of mine (we’ll call him Mark) that I want to share as a warning to all of us who get too carried away with worrying about our appearances.

Mark was a new patient and he had some concerns about the hardness of his erections, which were most likely linked to his erratic sleep patterns.

But he came to me not to talk about his erections but to get clearance for an upcoming surgical procedure. Rugged and powerfully built, the 26-year-old Mark told me that he had always been upset by the size of his calf muscles.

“They are too scrawny,” he said matter-of-factly as he sat in my examination room.

But he told me that he had finally found a way to deal with the undersized muscles. In three weeks, he was going to a plastic surgeon to have silicone implants put into his calves to bulk them up.

I was taken aback.

A history of self-hatred

Mark’s calf muscles seemed perfectly proportioned. Still, Mark said he had always been too embarrassed to wear shorts or go to the beach.

“I know people are staring at my calves because they are so emaciated. I lift weights all the time, but it doesn’t help. I feel like a freak.

“And I’m curious, Dr. Lamm, who would you recommend for penis enhancement? I read that they can take fat from other parts of your body and inject it into the penis to make it bigger. I find that I am on the small side compared to other men.”

While taking Mark’s medical history, I realized that the upcoming calf-implant surgery would not be his first foray into the world of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

Four years earlier, he had his nose reshaped.

“It was just too crooked,” he explained.

The following year, it was his ears. “Everyone would always stare at me,”he said.

“I drove my girlfriend crazy because I would always talk about how hideous they were. Shortly after we broke up, I found another plastic surgeon and had my ears pinned back. The doctor did an okay job, but not great.”

Mark’s nose and ears looked perfectly normal. His penis, like his calf muscles, was also normal.

It was becoming clear to me that this handsome man with well-proportioned features actually hated the way he looked.

The psychology of physical appearance

I told Mark I was concerned about him.

Since he’d already had multiple plastic surgeries, I explained that he might be suffering from what is known as “body dysmorphic disorder” (BDD), a poorly understood psychiatric disorder that is closely related to obsessive-compulsive disorder.

It’s estimated that as many as five million American men and women suffer from BDD.

They become so preoccupied with their imagined or real physical flaws that it leads to a compulsive checking and rechecking in mirrors throughout the day, as well as inappropriate surgeries.

The tip-off to me that a person has BDD is that the degree of deformity perceived by the patient is much greater than that which should be observed by a normal person.

The hair on the back of my neck stands up whenever a person asks for a procedure that doesn’t seem in the realm of reality.

Many physical problems can be fixed through surgery. However, for people with BDD, the problem is psychiatric, not physical, and many of these people will never be satisfied with the results of any plastic surgery.

The way out

I did not clear Mark for the implant surgery and suggested instead that he make an appointment with one of my psychiatric colleagues for treatment.

BDD treatment that combines the use of cognitive (talk) therapy and a daily drug regimen can be very effective in helping people deal with their distorted body image and compulsive behavior.

Unfortunately, Mark did not follow up with my colleague and I never saw him again. It was disturbing.
